Ingredients
14 oz Dole - Classic Cole Slaw Mix, 14 oz Bag (by ARNIE77) 22 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 1.5 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce 2 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup Publix Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese 1 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 2 tbsp Paprika
Directions
Brown 1 to 1.5 lb ground beef and 1/4 cup onion, drain. Add can of Tomato Sauce and can of diced tomato, salt, pepper and paprika, and 1 to 2 cups of riced cauliflower. In another pan, sautee Cole Slaw mix until soft. Spray Pam in casserole dish, put sauteed cole slaw mix on bottom, then put meat m ix, and then top with Mozzarella and bake at 385 until cheese melted and dish starting to bubble. Let sit a couple of minutes before serving.
