3 breast, bone removed Chicken Breast, with skin 1 cup, seedless Grapes 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon 1 serving Lemon zest ~ fresh lemon peel ` 1 tbps~ 6 g 1 serving Apple, Fuji Small, 2 1/2" in diameter, 1 apple 0.50 tsp CAMP MIX Original All-in-One seasoning 12 tbsp. (=3/4 cup) Follow Your Heart Organic Veganaise-ORIGINAL Blue
Serves 6
3 large chicken breasts, oven poached (stays moist) and diced
1 apple diced, Fuji
1 cup of grapes, sliced in half
1 Lemon, zest and juice of 1 lemon
Approx. 3/4 cup Veganaise Original (Whole Foods)
Camp Mix, season to taste ( can use regular salt and pepper instead)
Poach the chicken in oven. Poaching produces moist chicken that is excellent in salads, etc.
Dice one apple, chunky
Slice one cup of grapes in half
Zest one lemon and then juice the lemon
Put 1st 5 ingredients in bowl, add Veganaise (Vegan mayo).
Sprinkle with Camp Mix to taste.
Chill. Enjoy!
