Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat flour1.5 c. granulated sugar1 tsp. soda1 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp salt1.5 c. corn oil3 c. grated carrots4 large eggs
Directions
Add all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a 9" x 15" baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree F for about 35 or 40 minutes.
