Ingredients
5 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 3 oz Hormel SPAM, Regular (1 can) 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Brown spam and then add onions, and tomatoes. After all has sauteed add eggs and scramble. Cook until eggs are done.
