Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tbsp Salt1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 package (10 oz) Peas, frozen2.0 cup Chicken stock, home-prepared6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce2.5 cup carrots frozen crinkle cut great value/walmart brand16.5 oz pork stew meat6.0 serving small red potatoes
Directions
Chop onion & potatoes in chunks. Cook onions, potatoes & meat in chicken stock in a pot on high heat for about 30-40 minutes Add seasonings & veggies after meat is cooked, turn heat down to simmer. Simmer until meat is tender & frozen veggies are cooked through. You can eat like this or put it over brown rice. Serving Size: Half a cup
