Southern Shrimp and Veggies

Ingredients
1 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup 3 cup slices Okra 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 3 1tsp Grapeseed Oil 1 tbsp Garlic powder 4 tsp Kosher Salt (by SRATERMAN) 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 tsp Pepper, black 30 medium Shrimp, raw 3 tsp Chesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay) (by MISSMM) 1 1tsp Grapeseed Oil 0.25 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
Season shrimp with a little oil and chesapeake bay seasoning. Skewer and grill. Put remaining grapeseed oil in a large pan and cook onions until translucent. Add okra slices, finely diced jalapeno, and rough chopped tomato and cook, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes. Add chicken broth, tomato paste, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low until liquid thickens, 15-20 minutes. Toss in cooked shrimp, stir, and serve over rice or grits.
