2.5 cup Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched 60 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (1 1/4 cup)1.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 8 tbsp Blue Bonnet Margarine (softened)1.5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground 40 gram Six Star Fit Protein Isolate French Vanilla protein powder 1 tsp Morton Iodized Salt .75 tsp Baking Powder .5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 cup (not packed) Raisins
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in electric mixer. Mix for 1 minute. Add in margarine, applesauce, and all other wet ingredients. Divide into muffin tins. Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool and enjoy.
