Ingredients
2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes 4 large Hard Boiled Egg .66 cup Del Monte Fire Roasted Corn (Canned and Drained) (by DEVILSDOC30) 1 serving Hidden Valley Ranch Cilantro Lime Dressing (2tbsp) (by BIGDADDYJ000) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
Directions
Halve tomatoes, drain corn, dice avocado and double-quarter eggs.
Add salt, pepper, lime juice and salad dressing. Mix and serve.
Refrigerate.
