1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 4 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower 1 stick Butter, salted .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup Sour Cream 2 cup Cheese, sharp cheddar, grated (by PBIGELOW6) .5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
cook chicken that has been cubed.
cook broccoli til firm but tender. Cook riced Cauliflower in microwave. put in bowl.
In separate sauce pan melt butter, sour cream and cheese to make cheese sauce. mix in chicken and veggies and mayo and then pour into 13 x 9 pan. top with some more cheddar and parmesan. bake for 20 or 30 minutes til bubbly at 350
