4 cup, sliced Zucchini 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 serving jumbo eggs 4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 0.25 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar 1 serving Cheese, Parmasean 1/4 cup (by ONEBADGOOSE) 3 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Baking Powder .25 cup Olive Oil

beat eggs, add wet ingredients, then dry and then added the onion and zucchini, bake in a 9 x 12 pan, cut in 8 squares
