Yummy Chinese Medley

Ingredients
20 oz Beef, round steak 3 serving Lea & Perrins The Original Worchester Sauce (1tsp) (by KRRUM001) 2 tbsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1) .5 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1 small Onions, raw 2 cup Target frozen broccli, 1 cup (by JLLAMB1118) 2 medium Summer Squash .25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup Aldi Simply Nature organic white rice (by IYCARPGN) 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Cut steak into thin strips.

Place round steak, onion, bell pepper, water, soy sauce, worchester sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in slow cooker.

Cook on high 4 hours.

Cut zuchinni into medium bite sized pieces and place in crock pot. Put in 2 cups frozen broccli and continue to cook on high until vegetables are fork tender.

Either boil rice on stove top or add rice to crock pot to soak up sauce and cook.
