Chicken and Pasta w/Red Pepper Cream

12 oz jar Sweet Roasted Red Peppers 8 oz Cream Cheese,1/3 Less Fat Neufchatel Cheese 1 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth, low sodium 3 cloves Garlic mince1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in 1/2" cubes1/2 cup Grated Parmesian Cheese 1/4th tsp red pepper flakes 14.5 oz Barilla Plus Rotini or Pennesalt and pepper to taste ( not included in nutrition info)
Puree roasted red peppers, softened cream cheese, chicken broth, parmesian cheese and red pepper flakes in blender until smooth.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking saute chicken and garlic in non stick pan or small amout of olive oil. Add pureed ingredients and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through and flavors have developed. Add drained pasta to sauce and toss to coat.
