Low Carb mozzarella pizza crust

Ingredients
1.5 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded 3 tbsp Cream Cheese 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .66 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) .5 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tbsp Basil .5 tsp Garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F,
In a bowl microwave cheese and cream cheese till soft, about 35 sec. then add almond flour, oregano, egg, Basil, mix together till it forms a ball.
Spray pizza stone with pam, or spead olive oil, then spread out dough. Sprinkle garlic powder over top and poke with a fork a few times to help with rising.
Place in oven 8-10 min, then under broiler 2 min till brown.
Romove and top with sause and toppings, return to oven 4-5 min till cheese melts.
Enjoy!
