Brazilian banana smoothie

Ingredients
2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)1.0 tbsp Honey2.0 serving Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bar, Oats 'N Honey (2 bars serving)
Directions
1- Cut up the bananas and put them in a blender. 2- Put the two cups of milk in the blender with the banana and then add the rest of the ingredients too. 3- Blend all the ingredients together until it's all smooth (usually takes around a minute or two of blending for it to be smooth). 4- Put them in a cup and it's ready to be consumed.
