Ingredients
2.5 cup Goya Black Beans 2.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 1 serving Roasted Zucchini and Yellow Squash .5 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Slice half cup of zucchini,Slice half cup of squash and fry in pan using two table spoons of vegetable oil, add salt and black pepper, cook half way leave crunchy.
Put in a pot and add Black Beans and Diced Tomatoes.
Cook on medium flame and stirring accessional till hot and serve.
