6 serving Egg white, large 1.75 cup Spinach, frozen 2 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup) 0.75 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 0.75 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Bruschetta Tomato Topping 2 grams Canola Oil 1 tsp Garlic
Sauté peppers, onions garlic then add bruschetta. Thaw spinach and squeeze out water. And spinach beat eggs and 1/2 of cheese and add to vegetable . Spread remainder of cheese on top.
Heat oven to 400' and then switch to broil . Broil for 2-3 minutes use a large skillet when making this . Cool and cut into 4 sections. Enjoy
Spray pan before sautéing !!
