Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 c. Oatmeal, 1/4 c. Flour, 1/4 c. Wheat Flour, 1 tsp. Baking Powder, 1/2 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon, 1 Egg White, 3/4 c. Milk, 2 Bananas
Directions
Cook Oatmeal with 1 cup water. Combine Flour and Wheat Flour, Cinnamon, and Baking powder in large bowl. Combine Milk and Egg White in separate bowl and mix in to Flour mixture. Stir in cooked Oatmeal. Mash bananas and add to the mixture. Cook on Skillet like pancakes or in waffle maker. Cooks around 3 mins on each side depending on heat. Makes 6 servings of 2 pancakes.
