slow cooker honey lime ginger pork roast (the recipe critic)

Ingredients
40 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 cup Honey .25 cup Soy Sauce 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 6 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 0.5 tsp Ginger, ground 2 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
Directions
brown roast, put into slow cooker, mix all ingredients except cornstarch in bowl & pour over roast, cook 6-8 hours on low, 4-6 hours on high, remove roast to platter, put juices in pot, add cornstarch and cook until starts to thicken, pour over roast. enjoy
