3.0 oz FISH - Mahi Mahi1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup3.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black0.25 cup Coconut Oil
Cut mahi into pieces, pay dry with a paper towel.
Whisk egg in shallow bowl. In redeemable bag combine flour, coconut, salt and pepper. Shake to combine.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan over medium heat. Add half fish to egg, toss to coat use girl or slotted spoon to transfer to bag. Shake bag to coat fish pieces.
Transfer to skillet and cook 2 to 4 minutes per side.
Transfer to a wire rack and repeat.
