2 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 4 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk) 2 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw 2 cup cremini mushrooms (by EKALEEGUS) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1.8 cup Great Value Chicken Broth (by TD78230) 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 8 oz Cream Cheese 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 8 serving bacon, plumrose thick, 2 slices-16 slices per pound (by KATHYA.10) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Thyme, dried (by JANYTOO)
brown diced bacon in pressure cooker once bacon i cooked half way add diced chicken cook for about 5 minutes- chicken will not be fully cooked. Remove and set aside add butter to pressure cooker once melted add all veggies and seasoning cook for about 5 minutes.
Add chicken add bacon back to pot, mix in 2 cups chicken broth, 2 cups water and 1 cup heavy cream. Seal pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes. Once complete quick release open and add cream cheese, stir until dissolved. Serve immediately.
