Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)1 can fat free evaporated milk (12 oz)1/2 cup egg substitute3 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp vanilla2/3 cup Splenda granular
Directions
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into Pam sprayed 9" pie dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
