Zucchini "Lasagna"

Ingredients
5 cup Squash, summer, zucchini, italian style, canned 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 12 oz Breakstone's 2% Milkfat Small Curd Lowfat Cottage Cheese 6 oz Cabot Vermont 50% Light Cheddar Cheese 2.5 cup Buitoni Marinara Sauce 226 grams Hamburger 2 link, 4/lb Italian Sausage, pork
Directions
Brown Meats & add sauce
Mix cottage cheese with 1 egg
Slice zucchinis in thin slices
Spray 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray
Layer zucchini slices in baking dish, top with cheese, meat sauce and cheddar cheese. Repeat twice more.
Cover and bake at 375 for 30-45 minutes.
Serve alone or with a side of pasta
