1/4 cup lime juice2 Tbls. olive oil OR vegetable oil - divided4 cloves garlic - crushed2 tsp. soy sauce - divided1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. black pepper4 boned, skinned chicken breasts
Mix all ingredients together in a ziploc bag or container w/ a lid. Refrigerate overnight or 4 hours. The longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be. Preheat grill and grill until inside is no longer pink. Can make in oven at 350 degrees for 35+ minutes until no longer pink in center.
