1.75 cup Vegetable Broth2.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw1.0 cup Beans, white2.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers50.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw3.0 tsp Lawry's Taco Seasoning2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp onion powderSalt and pepper to taste3.0 tbsp Kal Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Cook beans and potatoes in vegetable stock with 1 chopped jalepeno and half the red pepper. Blend and put back into pot. Add seasonings and rest of finely chopped jalepeno and pepper and nutritional yeast.
Use as a dipping sauce or in a casserole.
