Spinach and Tomato Frittata

10 oz frozen spinach1 cup of crushed tomatoes1 tablespoon of garlic.5 cup of milk6 large eggs1 cup of cheddar cheeseSalt, Pepper, other spices of choice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On stove top cook the frozen spinach in the tomatoes and garlic until done. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk, season to taste. Pour egg mixture in to spinach and tomatoes stir to combine a bit. Cook until egg starts to harden. Add one cup of cheese on top. Than place in oven until egg mixture is done and cheese is melted.
Cut into four wedges.
