Homemade German Pancakes

Ingredients
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk to flour mix and beat in 1 egg at a time. Heat oil in a 9" cast iron skillet. Pour mixture in skillet and cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Bake in over for 20 minutes on 425 degrees.
