Ingredients
4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 clove Garlic 4 cup, chopped Kale 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 0.50 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 1.50 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 8 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage
Directions
Cook sausage with red pepper flakes; set aside. Bring broth to a boil with potatoes and garlic unail potatoes are soft. Add coconut milk and sausage unail warmed through. Add chopped kale until wilted but not mooshy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
