Ingredients
1.5 cup maya kaimal vindaloo sauce (by WIDOWSREVENGE) 1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Sweet potato, chopped1 cup Lentils 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .75 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 3 clove Garlic 1 serving Rapunzel Vegan Vegetable Bullion w/ Sea Salt & Herbs (by MISSKAI) 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Boil lentils and sweet potatoes until soft. Saute remaining veggies and dump in pot with the sauce. Simmer at least 20 minutes
