Melon Granita

Ingredients
4 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe1/2 cup Splenda1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Directions
Puree melon in food processor. Add Splenda and lime juice; pulse until sugar is dissolved. Pour into shallow metal baking pan. Freeze about 2 hours, stirring every hour, mixing ice crystals into middle. Let granita stand for 5 minutes at room temperature. Scrape into chilled glasses and serve at once.
