Easy Fish and Tomatoe Stew

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 clove Garlic 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 fl oz White Wine 4 cup Red Pack Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes 12 oz Scallops, raw 16 oz Shrimp, raw 16 oz Cod (fish) 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
1. In a large nonstick pot, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and saute gently for 2 minutes. Add the wine, and cook for 2 minutes longer.
2. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, red pepper flakes, and salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the fish cubes, and cook for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, and cook for 3 minutes longer. Remove the bay leaf, and serve.
