Salmon Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
1 cup White Rice, medium grain 8 oz Pink Salmon - Wild Alaskan Salmon Skineless and Boneless Canned 100 gram(s) corn flour (by SOLAIRE) 200 grams Broccoli, frozen
Directions
mix 50gr corn flour with cooked rice and make a bed of rice on a 8" square pan lined with baking paper. Add 50gr corn flour to salmon and spread mixture on top of rice. Add broccoli on top and bake in medium over for 1/2 hour.
