Ingredients
1 Bunch of Broccoli1 Tbsp of Olive Oil1 Tsp of Garlic Salt1/4 Cup of Water
Directions
Cut and wash Broccoli. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add Garlic Salt. Add Broccoli and mix intil all broccoli is coated with oil. Add water. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.

    This is very similar to the Spark Recipe I made tonight. Saute mushrooms in the olive oil/garlic mixture. Add chopped broccoli and rosemary, and cook for 5 minutes until broccoli is crisp tender. Delicious! I'm having the rest for lunch tomorrow. - 1/21/09
