4 oz Chicken - Boneless Skinless 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 0.5 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend .25 tbsp Corn Oil
1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees
2. Thinly slice chicken into strips
3. Toss in bowl with all other ingredients - add water as needed for consistency.
4. Gently lower battered chicken into fryer
5. Fry for 5 to 10 minutes or until crispy and brown
