Mission Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened1 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 cup sugar, granulated2 eggs1 1/2 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 1/2 cups flour1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Cream butter and sugars. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on baking pans before removing to wire racks. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.

    I usually bring back a supply of choc chips from the US. When those are gone, we chop up a chocolate bar and use those pieces instead.
