Chef Tuan - Lemongrass Reduction (modified)

Ingredients
1 cup ketchup1 cup chopped fresh pineapple1 tsp lemongrass, minced½ tsp paprika¼ cup fresh lime juice½ cup splenda¼ tsp saltpinch of white pepper1 tbsp shallot, minced3 clove garlic, minced½ cup pineapple juice2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
In medium heat, pour olive oil, lemongrass, shallot and garlic into a sauce pan. Stir constantly until fragrant. Add all other ingredients and slow simmer. Stir thoroughly for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
