Mushroom chicken

Ingredients
5 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast, no skin, fried 180 Grams Mushrooms, fresh 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted 0.4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 6 fl oz Chicken Broth 6 fl oz White Wine 2 tbsp Basil 4 clove Garlic
Directions
Use half of the fat to fry chicken dusted in flour Cook til done add broth and wine. Add basil and garlic.
