Ingredients
Directions
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 0.75 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour .5 cup Cabot Low Fat Greek Yogurt Plain 1 serving GNC Pro Performance Whey Isolate 28 Protein Powder (Vanilla): 1 scoop= 1 serving 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Mixed Nuts, dry roasted 2 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350.
Add all the ingredient to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
Scoop about ⅓ cup of batter into each muffin tin.
I made 15 muffins which is an awkward amount of muffins to make so if you prefer, you can make them a bit larger and just make a dozen. That'll only add about 10 calories to each muffin, so no big deal.
Bake for 11-13 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Mine took 12 minutes exactly.
Serving Size: 1 mini muffin - makes 48 or do some mini and some cupcake size
Number of Servings: 48
