1 tbsp Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original(or any milk you want instead)3 serving Egg white, large 0.5 tsp Truvia Natural Sweetener 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 2 tsp Baking Powder 1.5 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter 1 Serving(s) Equate whey protein powder
-Mix the egg whites and the milk together in a cup while mixing every thing else together on a medium sized microwavable bowl (about 9 inches)
- pour the mix of the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry and mix well
-microwave the the mix in the bowl for 4 minutes (you may need to stop microwave in the middle of it to ease down the rising from getting out of the bowl
