0.5 tsp Salt 1.75 cup Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese 2 tbsp Cream Cheese 0.5 cup Bob’s Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 cup Coconut Flour (by BCANAS)
Mix shredded cheese, flour in micro safe bowl add cream cheese then microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir then microwave another 30 seconds. Remove, stir again add egg, salt and spices. Mix well. Place pastry between 2 parchment roll into a rectangle, remove top paper and slide other with pastry onto baking sheet. Bake in 425 oven for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown then flip over and bake until brown. Take out and cut into triangles then bake again for 3 - 5 min.
