100 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw (by OHHEYBONNIEK) 4 oz beef - ground extra lean 97/3 (4oz) (by MAE23321) .25 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 2 tsp Kraft grated parmesean cheese 1 cup Hunts Pasta Sauce with Four Cheeses .25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook beef, onions, and mushrooms together. Slice zucchini in thin disks and steam in microwave until slightly soft. Add sauce to beef. Assemble lasagna as sauce, zucchini, cheeses, and repeat ingredients until used all. Bake in over at 400º until cheeses melt.
