Fathead Pizza Dough-Keto

Ingredients
6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 serving Rapid Rise/Instant Yeast- 1 packet (Fleischmann's) (by CHYNADAHLL) 1.3 tbsp Hodgson Mill Xanthan Gum (by ANTIOCHIA) 3 cup Great Value Fancy Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 4 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. If you would like to add spices such as oregano, etc now is the time.
3. Mix your eggs into the dry ingredients throughly.
4. Melt your cream cheese and mozzarella together in the microwave. It is best to use short times and stir often.
5. Add Step 4 to Step 3. Knead dough using wet hands for 5-10 minutes until the appearance is uniform.
6. Using wet hands pull 8 uniform balls from dough and lay on parchment sheet covered cooking pans. Spread dough out into individual size pizzas. (Of course you could make one big pizza if everyone in your family can agree on toppings:)
7. Bake each pizza untopped for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Pull from the oven, top, then place back in oven for an additional few minutes.
