Frozen Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
1(8oz) Container Fat Free Cool Whip1/3 Cup Reduced Fat Creamy (or Chunky) Peanut Butter1/4 Cup Hershey's Light Chocolate SyrupServes 12
Directions
Line a 12 cupcake pan with cupcake holders (foil ones work best).
Combine 1 Cup Cool Whip and the peanut butter with a whisk.
Fold in remaining Cool Whip. Divide the mixture into the liners evenly (approx.2-1/2 tablespoons each). Top each cup with a dollop of chocolate syrup. Freeze until hardened.

    Nutrition information is not correct for 1 PB cup. I re-calculated it under a "Makeover" recipes (I couldn't figure out how else to do it) and got about 82 calls per PB cup. Just FYI! I wanted to try these, but 225 per cup was way too much!! Now they're at the top of the list! - 2/12/15
