2 small box (1.5 oz) Raisins 16 oz CARBmaster, nonfat reduced sugar milk, vanilla (Kroger) 1.75 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 5 gram(s) Apriva no calorie sweetener (by BETTERMELC) 1 tbsp Great Value Salted Sweet Cream Butter 0.25 cup Great Value Dried Cherries (by SURUBRU)
