Creamy Curried Corn

3 tbsp Butter, salted 141.7 grams Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen .25 cup Meijer Oriental Style Frozen Vegetables (green beans, broccoli, onion, mushroom) (by PBROSSI) 2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) .5 tsp Curry powder .25 tsp Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 85 grams Low fat cream cheese .33 cup 2% milk 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
In Saucepan melt butter.
Add Frozen corn, green pepper, onion, curry power, salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over medium heat 8-10 minutes.
Add cream cheese and milk.
Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
