World's Best Salman Cakes

Ingredients
1 pouch of Chicken of the Sean, Pink salmon1 large egg, beaten4 slices of Nickles Bread (made into bread crumbs) or 2 cups of bread crumbs1 large slice of onion, diced1/2 cup of Lite Italian Salad Dressing1 tsp of lemon pepper
Directions
Spray pan with cooking spray. Beat egg for abour 20 seconds. Add onion, salad dressing, lemon pepper, bread crumbs and then slowly fold the salmon into the mixture. Measure out with a 1/4 of a cup and mold into patties. Makes 8 servings.

You can serve these with a lemon dill dip (not calculated in with the salmon cakes)

1/2 cup of plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 tablespoon of dill
1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
1-2 tablespoons of light Mayo (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
