Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell) 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 5 tsp Becel Light 50% lighter calorie reduced margarine 5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
1.Chop celery, carrots, peppers, onion, tomatoes for 15 min with Becel
2. Add chopped cabbage and cook for 30 min
