Ingredients
2 tbsp Paprika 2 tbsp Salt 4 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener 6 tsp Vegeta Food Seasoning 3g=1tsp 4 serving "Campbell's" Tomato Juice (8 oz) 454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken 1 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 5 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
Directions
Hollow out 5 peppers.
Mix ground beef, eggs, rice and spices together. Stuff the peppers and place in pot with about one inch of water. Cook til peppers are soft. In the meantime warm up tomato juice, sweetener and salt. Once the peppers are done pour the warm tomato juice over them. Recoil.
