1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw2.0 tsp Dill weed, dried0.5 tsp Paprika2.0 tsp Parsley, dried0.25 tsp Pepper, black1.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato18.0 oz Salmon, canned, Kirkland brand0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
-preheat oven to 425, line baking sheet with parchment paper -mix all ingredients together in a bowl -brush parchment paper with coconut oil -using 1/3 measuring cup, scoop out mixture and form uniform patties -bake for 20 minutes, flip with a spatula and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown -serve with lemon wedge or tartar sauce Serving Size: Makes 9 patties
