Ingredients
5 serving Tomatoes, Roma, Fresh, 1 Med 3 clove Garlic 0.75 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 tsp Mustapha's Moroccan Harissa (by ORANGEDIANA) .16 tbsp Hungarian paprika (by ALILDUCKLING) 0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 20 grams Tomato Paste .25 tsp Allspice 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 5 fl oz Water, tap
Directions
Heat oil in a 4-qt. saucepan over medium-high. Add half the onion and the garlic; cook until soft, 4-5 minutes. Add minced tomatoes, paprika, cayenne, allspice, salt, pepper, and 2⁄3 cup water; cook, uncovered, until tomatoes break down, 12 minutes.
