2 Disraeli & Gladstone British Muffins Multigrain4 pieces Cheddar Cheese4 Morning Star Sausage Patties1 medium Red Ripe Tomato1 clove of Garlic.5 cup chopped Onion.66 cup Egg Beaters Egg Substitute1 tsp Olive Oil
Cook Sausage Patties per instruction on package.
Toast Muffins.
In a heated skillet, add 1 tsp of olive oil.
Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion are translucent. Add tomatoes & Egg Beaters Egg Substitute
Place muffins on plate, side by side. Place patties on muffins. Split pieces of cheese in half and place on sausage patties.
Place Egg Beaters and vegetables on top of muffins & patties. Split last 2 pieces of cheese and cover.
Serve with juice and fruit.
